SOCE Career Guidance Unit

The SOCE Career Guidance Unit supports students in identifying their strengths, interests and long-term goals while helping them understand career options related to software engineering, IT, cybersecurity, data science, networking, engineering, and Artificial Intelligence.
The unit follows a structured and student-centred approach to career development. Through counselling, mentoring, employability support and industry exposure, students are guided to make confident decisions about further studies, internships and professional careers.

The Career Guidance and Counselling Unit at the NIBM School of Computing & Engineering provides structured support to help students make informed academic and professional decisions.
